History: Dwayne was told upfront by his parents who he was. He was told he really had no choice, and that his fate would ultimately not be up to him. They thought it would be for the best if he knew who he was. They were wrong. Dwayne never questioned his fate, but it weakened him.
His ability to control luck came to the surface one day when he used it to make his friend's coin land on heads every single time it was flipped. When he tried to do the same thing as his friend, it didn't work. He soon learned that no matter what, he couldn't control his own luck with the power.
His own luck, being absolutely horrid, has hurt him. Everyone he loves can be happy as long as he is around them, but he is stuck being miserable. He is only 18 when the year 1999 begins...
Personality: His running streak of bad luck, paired with his unfair destiny has left him with a "Why always me?" emo attitude. He whines and complains as he slowly spirals down further. His family has been important to him since he was a child, and he makes their world as good as possible, even though sharing their wealth would make it crumble in his fingertips.
He desperately wants the world to continue on as it has. If he has ever had one wish, it's that his destiny could be in his hands so he could protect the world. And that being the only thing he can't do makes him a very sad person indeed.
Appearance: He has blue hair that is nearly shoulder-length most of the time, and dark green eyes. (His PB is Athrun Zala from Gundam SEED Destiny)
